Legal Agreement and Binding Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Student," or "You") and DataPipe ("Company," "We," or "Us") regarding your use of our website, training services, and educational programs.
By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.

3 Content Usage Restrictions
- • Prohibition of unauthorized reproduction or distribution of course materials
- • Personal use only - no commercial exploitation of training content
- • Maintenance of confidentiality for proprietary training methodologies
- • Proper attribution when referencing DataPipe materials in external work
- • Compliance with third-party software licensing terms
4 Age and Capacity Requirements
- • Minimum age requirement of 18 years for course enrollment
- • Legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- • Parental consent required for participants under 20 years in Japan
- • Corporate authorization for business-sponsored enrollments

5 Indemnification Obligations

DataPipe shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

- • Government actions, regulations, or legal restrictions
- • Labor strikes, work stoppages, or supplier failures
- • Internet outages, cyber attacks, or technical infrastructure failures
- • Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergencies
Legal Framework and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- • These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan without regard to conflict of laws principles
- • Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes
- • Japanese language version of terms shall prevail in case of translation discrepancies
- • Compliance with Japanese Consumer Contract Act and related regulations
- • International students subject to Japanese law during enrollment period
Dispute Resolution Procedures

Severability and Enforceability
